There’s good news out there – and we want to share it with you! At present, the average life expectancy for men in the USA is 75.6; for women its 80.8.  Better still, over the years, life expectancy averages keep tending upwards — particularly for women. But there is room for improvement – the USA ranks only 36th of all nations in terms of life expectancy — alongside Cuba!

However it turns out that the United States has the most centenarians — people who live to 100 years old or more — than any other country. In fact, of the estimated 455,000 centenarians around the world, 15% of them — about 70,490 people — live in the US.
